As a proud and native Hoosier, Aimee knows the importance of our public education system.  Aimee not only attended public schools, her mother was a teacher in the public schools for 30 years. After graduating from Western High School near Kokomo, Aimee went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University Bloomington and a law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.

Throughout her career as a litigator, Aimee has seen firsthand how Indiana’s laws have impacted Hoosiers’ day to day lives. While living in Northwest Indiana, Aimee worked to defend the rights of Railroad workers.  During that time, she was a founding member of the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary in Gary, Indiana. Currently Aimee works for Traveler’s Staff Counsel.  Aimee’s respect and admiration of the law enforcement community is evident in her vigorous defense of law enforcement officers and other governmental entities in Indiana. Her love of the law extends outside of her career to also being an executive committee member and vice president of the Sagamore Inn of Court.

Married for ten years, Aimee and her husband Randy Cole, an audio engineer at Lucas Oil Stadium, are kept busy with their children AJ and Ally.  Their strong family unit keeps her grounded and aware of the needs of youth and our next generation, our future.  As such, Aimee actively serves on the Fisher High School Gridiron Board, in addition to serving many years on the Hamilton Southeastern Youth and Fishers High School rugby boards and volunteering as the Knights cheer coach.  She has also volunteered as a presenter at the Fall Creek Junior High Career Day and Fishers High School Student Choice Day.

The Rivera Cole Family

When there is some free time, you will find Randy on a golf course, playing drums or educating someone with his encyclopedic knowledge of music.

AJ is a Senior at Fishers High School, playing football, wrestling, and rugby on his high school teams.  He wants to become a teacher.

Ally is a Freshman across town at Hamilton Southeastern High School where she participates on the football and competition cheer teams which will certainly add even more excitement to the Mudsock events! She also plays lacrosse.

The Rivera Cole’s are parishioners of the Holy Spirit at Geist Parish.
